WE UNDERSTAND when you place an order you want to confirm that your order was received and is being processed. We ensure you that peace of mind by notifying you when your order is processed and ready to be shipped (Usually within 1 business day from the time the order is placed.)

SHIPPING POLICY We strive to get your order out the following business day. We ship all orders USPS or UPS. Most packages USPS Priority should be received within 3-4 days. Downloadable software receives a registration number via e-mail within 8 hrs.  UPS Next Day Air will arrive by 3:00 PM the following business day after shipment.

     International orders:  Most international orders for 1 THUM are $35.00 for USPS Global Express or $70 for UPS Global.  Any questions. please contact sales@practicaldesigngroup.com before ordering for shipping prices.

RETURN POLICY Downloaded software can not be refunded. Please use the trial before purchasing.  Other products sold by Practical Design Group, LLC offer a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. All products may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted after 30 Days, unless otherwise stated. All returned items sent back to Practical Design Group, LLC are to be prepaid by Customer. No COD or Freight returns will be accepted by Practical Design Group, LLC.

SALES TAX will be added to South Dakota residents.
